Most overstock clothing exists because of vendor closeouts or inventory liquidations. These are often considered to be excess left over from a previous season's production quota and are the result of alterations in design, color, and fabric, as well as missed deliveries. It should possess similar dimensions, come from the same designer, and share the same fabric type as identical apparel items that can be had off the rack in regular circumstances.
